Winter Candlelight Sound Bath Meditation

With Naomi of Stillpoint Sound Healing & Amy Mason of Amy Under the Oak

Friday, December 4 | 7:00-8:00 PM

Doors open at 6:40 PM and close promptly at 7:00 PM.

As the days grow darker and cooler, winter invites us to turn inward: to slow down, be with family, reflect, and release. This gathering honors the changing of the season and the approach of the Winter Solstice.

That night is also the Full moon in Gemini, so we begin releasing the calendar year and welcome the slow arrival of winter. We continue to shine a light in the dark for ourselves and let our light be seen. Even when reflection feels heavy or hard, we keep making space for love, peace, and harmony to come in.
