
Each session is private, held by appointment at the Healing House at 811 S. Missouri Ave., Lakeland, FL 33815. Sessions are shaped to your specific needs and current state — there is no fixed protocol applied to every body. Below are the three core offerings.
You remain clothed, lying down on a comfortable surface, fully supported. The session begins with a brief intake, then progresses through breathwork techniques, crystal bowls, gongs, voice, tuned frequency work, and Reiki touch — all shaped in real time to what your nervous system is asking for that day. This experience acts as a nervous system reset, closing with quiet integration time before you stand up.

Best for: people moving through grief, anxiety, burnout, sleep disruption, recovery, or any difficult passage where words have not been enough. It is also beneficial for those who simply need a deep rest in a space where nothing is asked of them, enhanced by the soothing effects of sound therapy.

Somatic breathwork uses body-centered breath patterns to engage the nervous system and release tension the body has been holding. Holotropic breathwork — a method developed by psychiatrist Stanislav Grof in the 1970s, from the Greek roots meaning "moving toward wholeness" — uses a longer, more sustained breath pattern alongside evocative music to access deeper states of awareness and process material that ordinary consciousness keeps at the edges.
Sessions are held in a private space, lying down, with sound, music, and time for integration afterward. Best for: emotional release, complicated grief, processing change, and people who feel that something has been stuck in the body for a long time and cannot find words for what it is.

This is not a deep-tissue or sports massage. It is slow, attentive, and oriented toward parasympathetic activation — the state your body actually needs to rest, digest, repair, and integrate. Sessions are tailored to where your body is on a given day rather than a fixed protocol. Pressure is adjusted to what your tissue is asking for, and the pacing is deliberately unhurried.

Best for: chronic tension that has not responded to conventional massage, people in burnout, people recovering from trauma whose bodies have been bracing for a long time, and anyone whose body is asking for permission to soften.
